How it works

In 3 steps

  1. Fill out the form. Go to contact and, under “What do you need?”, choose the certificate you're looking for.
  2. Give us the details. Full name, approximate date of the sacrament and, if you remember it, the name of the priest who officiated.
  3. We'll reach out. The parish office looks up the record and contacts you when your certificate is ready, letting you know the timing and any fee that may apply.
